This blog is a way to help me keep all of Elder Robertsons friends and family informed about how he is doing while serving his mission in the Washington-Spokane Mission. The mission boundries take up the eastern part of Washington, western part of Montana, Idaho panhandle and a tiny chunck of British Columbia Canada. Currently Elder Robertson is serving right in Spokane in the Shilo area, with his companion, Elder Hunter from Parker, Colorado. They live with the Bouvier family. They use bicycles for transportaion unless it snows. In December there was over 60 inches of snow that fell, so needless to say they are now walking wherever they need to go. It takes a little over an hour to walk from one end of the area to the other. The streets have been snow covered and have been difficult to walk, until recently when rain and warmer temperatures helped to melt the snow and now the streets are slushy and difficult to walk. Elder Robertson and his companion are teaching several people currently and are pleased with the progress that they are having.
